Michele Carey, the daughter of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr, the physician, along with Thelma Henson who was the housewife she was born Michele Lee Henson on February 26th, 1942, at Annapolis, Maryland, United States of America. While still a teenager she excelled at playing the piano. At age 13 she won an international contest at Chicago Music Festival. Fort Collins High School is where she obtained her highschool certificate in 1960. After that, she relocated to Los Angeles in order to pursue better career opportunities. Her first job was modeling after being signed by the Powers Agency, a prestigious modeling agency. It was her love of acting and she attracted Hollywood producers while modeling. Her debut came in The Man of U.N.C.L.E., a television series. Michele, who was one of the most well-known American entertainers started her career as a model. She worked at Powers Agency prior to stepping out into acting. Her appearance in the 1966 film, El Dorado, as a significant character who was a troublemaker Josephine Joey MacDonald, exposed her to more attention. The film was notable for her role as an actress in the 1960s and 1970s.
